All in One ChroZen PAL LSI / RSI / RTC System

ChroZen PAL LSI(Liquid Sample Injection) System is a robot that can reach any three dimensional position within its working space and is ideally suited to pick and place objects like vials. It can inject from several sample containers into different inlets or transport vials from a tray to a temperature controlled modules like the agitator for heating samples or the peltier stack for cooling them down to 4°C. Ensuring superior repeatability, ChroZen PAL LSI system provides liquid sample injection with large sample capacity(648 of 2ml vials).

ChroZen PAL RSI(Robotic Sample Injection)/RTC(Robotic Tool Change) systems can be adapted or extended to provide the combined injection techniques such as static headspace injection, liquid injection, SPME(Solid Phase Micro Extraction) and ITEX(In-Tube Extraction) dynamic headspace on one instrument.

ChroZen PAL RSI/RTC systems have numerous options that allow to increase sample capacity and add change injection techiques or modules for sample preparation. The basis for precise and accurate handling of gaseous and liquid samples are formed by PAL’s mechanical precision and robustness.

The PAL RSI’s open and modular architecture makes the PAL the most versatile system and the tools can be exchanged readily within minutes. ChroZen PAL RTC system provides same reliability, flexibility and productivity as the RSI system but it additionally offers the robotic tool change that switches between different tools automatically. This means you can run the unattended analysis including complex sample preparations and injections.

YL3000A Series Autosampler

Its sophisticated sampling techniques provide the variable needle depths to draw the sample anywhere within the vial allowing you to use various types of syringes with volume from 0.5 to 100 μL to cover the widest range of applications.

• The self-aligning “plug and play”: Easy positioning/Installation/re-positioning

• Full-color touch screen interface: Easy system accessibility and usability

• Double wash step capability: Pre-and post-wash for superior analytical performance (carry-over free)

• Syringe illumination: Easy check against air bubbles in method validation

• Syringe ID: Automated syringe identification and tracking of the syringe consumption based on RFID tags

YL2000H Series Headspace Autosampler

The YL2000H with a heated gas-tight syringe eliminates tubing, dead volume and sample absorption for system robustness and low maintenance frequency and its compact installation on most GCs allows you to utilize headspace technology in the efficient way.

• User-friendly touch screen

• Easy installation on most GCs

• Adjustable sample volumes without loop changes

All in One YL2800T Series Autosampler

The YL28x0T is a single unit combining static headspace analysis, liquid sample injection and SPME (Solid Phase Microextraction) as an option.
It can save your time and money as well as increasing analysis flexibility.
The full-color touch screen interface provides easier system accessibility and usability. The touch screen eliminates drilldown, simplifying instrument control for both novices and experienced users.
All system parameters and settings are graphically displayed for a quick and easy set-up, requiring minimal user training.
The sample rack is mounted away from the GC oven to prevent exposure to high temperatures, which could cause degradation or condensation in the sample vial.

Lumin Purge and Trap Concentrator

The Lumin Purge and Trap Concentrator (PTC) is a sample preparation instrument used to remove Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) out of aqueous and solid sample types using Helium or Nitrogen.

The VOCs are deposited onto a sorbent trap which is then heated to release the VOCs into a Gas Chromatograph (GC) system.
This technique is standard for many EPA Methodologies as well as analytical options where concentration of VOCs is required.

AQUATek LVA Waters-only Autosampler

The AQUATek LVA is a Purge and Trap (P&T) Autosampler that automates the sample preparation steps for the analysis of liquid samples via purge and trap. The system is capable of preparing samples such as drinking water and wastewater.

• 84-Position Sample Tray
• Vial Chiller Tray : The vial chiller allows for sample cooling.
• Stackable Configuration
• pH Probe : The pH probe option allows users to measure and record pH values for all samples in a schedule.
• Internal standards/surrogates are stored in two 15 mL amber glass vessels to prevent transmission of UV radiation.

Atomx XYZ Automated VOC Sample Preparation System

The Atomx XYZ is the second generation combined soil/water autosampler and purge and trap concentrator system to analyze VOCs. It provides 84-position vial tray with optional vial chiller to 4°C and the improved moisture control system reduces the amount of water transferred to the GC.

• XYZ Automation
• Advanced Moisture Control System (MCS): Designed to reduce water vapor transferred to the GC system by 50%
• Improved Trap Cooling: Up to 22% faster due to a powerful fan and dedicated ducting that draws cool outside air.
• Syringe Drive: Accurately dispenses sample volumes from 0 to 25 mL in 0.1 mL increments.

ChroZen ATD

ChroZen ATD is an automated thermal desorption system which enhances productivity by 50 sorbent tubes capacity and smart sequence overlapping function.
With two- stage desorption, it also utilizes versatile thermal desorption by concentrating volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds collected on a sorbent tube into a focusing trap to enable the analysis of VOCs at trace level with the superior sensitivity.

The ChroZen ATD guarantees more reliable data through inert sample path using SilcoNert® up to 350℃ of heating capability and automatic leak check before every desorption while minimizing the carryover for reproducible results.

Pyrolizer Pyroprobe 6000 series

Pyrolyzer coupled with ChroZen GC allows you to analyze the samples such as paint,,tapes, caulk, adhesives, food packaging, rubber, plastic, papers, ink, coating and a full range of household products without extractions or derivatizations for qualitative and quantitative information.

• Easy Sample Loading
• Hybrid-Driven Autosampler
• Superior Resolution
• State-of-the-Art in Thermal Injection Systems

Gas sampling Valve / Purge Housing

In order to obtain accurate results in gas analysis, it is necessary to equip with a gas sampling valve in the front of column.

The gas sampling valve enables manual or automatic gas sample injection and flow switching. Our gas sampling valve is operated by an air actuator or μ-electronic actuator which opens and closes it.

The Purge housing eliminates any possible diffusion from the atmosphere into the valve, or safely vents fugitive emissions from the valve to analyze samples of O2, N2, etc at low concentration of a few ppms.
