More than ever, modern industry needs precise, improved process control systems. Requirements, standards and competition are now very demanding and the margin for error is so low that most companies can no longer afford a 2 or 3 percent standardized reading accuracy.

The Defender 530+ allows the user to test gas flow in the field or laboratory with 1% reading accuracy, including pressure and temperature compensation. Unlike thermal mass flow meters, the positive displacement technology used by Defender 530+ provides instant indication of the actual volumetric gas flow rate - accurate and independent of the type of gas. Integrated temperature and pressure sensors in the gas flow allow the user to automatically standardize volumetric flow readings to standard conditions, enabling traceable testing of mass flow meters.

The Defender 530+ represents the next generation of our proven DryCal® technology specifically designed for industrial and environmental applications. It delivers the precision, adaptability and durability needed in today's demanding workplace.

For use with non-corrosive, non-condensing, non-flammable gases with less than 70% humidity.



This Instrument is manufactured and calibrated by a company accredited to the ISO 17025, ANSI Z540, and NIST Handbook 150 standards. Traceability to the International System of Units (SI) and NIST is verified by accreditation to the ISO/IEC 17025 by NVLAP under Code 200661-0
